DMI International Acquisition

January 2015 - We are very pleased to announce that StenTech has completed the acquisition of DMI International. It is with great pleasure that we welcome the DMI customers and employees to the StenTech community. We at StenTech are extremely excited about establishing our first facility in the Western United States.

We are very pleased about the new prospects ahead as we blend the knowledge and experience of DMI and StenTech. Our main focus is to provide each and every customer with Quality, Delivery & Service.

Matt Tyrrell is being transferred to Oregon to become the new General Manager of this facility. Matt has worked with StenTech for the past 9 years, and he is looking forward to this new opportunity.
